Grapes composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot etc.

Harvest: Manual in crates

Vinification:In little concrete tanks at controlled temperature of 28/30░C

Malolactic fermentation: In concrete tanks

Aging: In barrique for 15 months

Refining:In bottles for 12 months

Bottles produced: 2.000


Gustative notes:Deep ruby intense red colour, with pleasant perfume of black berry fruits and spices with full load structure, soft and harmonic with long persistence

Service:It would be better to keep the bottles in a cool place, to uncork at least a few hours before the pouring and to serve at a temperature of 18░C.

Gastronomic couplings: Particularly suitable for venison and game, goes well to perfection with pot roasts and mature cheeses with hardness pasta.
