The La Cipriana farmhouse is located in Castagneto Carducci in the heart of Maremma in Tuscany and offers unique hospitality in a relaxed family atmosphere.

The state is surrounded by relaxing landscapes, medieval villages, winding roads and beautiful nature trails in the unspoilt landscape. Thanks to the sea, which is just a few kilometers away, and the hills in the background the climate is pleasant with fresh air in summer and mild conditions in winter.

The building, which is a barn conversion, is located in the countryside opposite the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci. It has been tastefully renovated and has eleven bedrooms, all of which have a minibar, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe, wifi and a private parking space. In addition to this, there is also a bright apartment with a private terrace and all mod cons. At this picturesque location guests also have access to an ample stunning swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

A carefully selected genuine breakfast is served in the old farmhouse where you can enjoy home-made cakes and our own preserves. For our guests we  organise  our wines & oil tastings combined  with Tuscan specialities
