Harvesting method: hand picked using crates

Vinification: alcoholic fermentation takes place in 45 hl steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26°- 30° C for approximately two weeks, followed by 15 days of skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new 500 liter vats

Maturation: in barriques for at least 12 months

Ageing: in bottles for a variable period of time

Intense ruby red colour.

Exceptional aromatic complexity with black fruit aromas and spicy balsamic notes.

Intense flavor thanks to dense velvety tannins, enhanced by optimum acidity which gives freshness and longevity to this wine.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red color, with hints of purple. Elegant well-defined herbaceous nose with notes of with blackberry and red fruit. Well-structured, smooth and persistent taste.

Yield per hectare: 60 quintals

Harvesting method: hand picked using crates

Vinification: fermentation takes place in 50 hl and 75 hl concrete vats at a controlled temperature that ranges between 26°C and 30° C for approximately two weeks, followed by a brief 10 days skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks

Matruration: in barriques for variable periods of time 

Ageing: in bottles for variable periods of time

Tasting notes

Brilliant ruby red colour. Delicate aromas of berries, sour cherries and cherries on the nose with hints of tobacco coming through. Instantly pleasant on the palate to smooth round tannins.

Yield per hectare: 80 quintals

Harvesting method: hand picked using crates

Vinification: the grapes are gently pressed and then naturally decanted for 24 hours at 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately 15 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature which never exceeds 18°C. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out.

Ageing: in steel vats until it is bottled

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour. Fresh notes of pear and exotic fruit on the nose. Savoury character  on the palate complemented by optimum acidity and minerality.

Tasting notes

Pink Grapefruit colour. The nose reveals rose aromas followed by hints of citrus fruit zest. Vibrant and persistent on the palate thanks to extremely low pH and velvety tannins.

Harvesting method: hand picked using crates in mid September

Withering: one month on trellises

Vinification: in steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 25°C and 29°C for approximately 20 days

Maturation: in small 100 liter casks

Tasting notes

Brilliant ruby red colour. Intense red fruit and preserve aroma with balsamic notes. A warm smooth wine with an elegant structure and a pleasantly fruity and persistent finish.
