Maturation: in barriques for at least 12 months
Ageing: in bottles for a variable period of time

Intense ruby red colour.
Exceptional aromatic complexity with black fruit aromas and spicy balsamic notes.
Intense flavor thanks to dense velvety tannins, enhanced by optimum acidity which gives freshness and longevity to this wine.

Tasting notes
Brilliant ruby red colour. Delicate aromas of berries, sour cherries and cherries on the nose with hints of tobacco coming through. Instantly pleasant on the palate to smooth round tannins.

Vinification: the grapes are gently pressed and then naturally decanted for 24 hours at 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately 15 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature which never exceeds 18°C. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out.
Ageing: in steel vats until it is bottled

Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Fresh notes of pear and exotic fruit on the nose. Savoury character on the palate complemented by optimum acidity and minerality.

Pink Grapefruit colour. The nose reveals rose aromas followed by hints of citrus fruit zest. Vibrant and persistent on the palate thanks to extremely low pH and velvety tannins.
