An ample sun-kissed terracotta patio - with a swimming pool as its centrepiece-separates the breakfast room from the bedrooms. It is surrounded on three sides by sloping stone walls which make this place a secluded location where guests can't help but relax. One of these walls has an archway which leads directly to the wine cellar where the casks are kept. The reception and breakfast room are located above the wine cellar.

The farmhouse has double rooms, double rooms with a mezzanine floor and sofa bed (suitable for families of 3/4 people) and a suite; each of which has its own theme and is tastefully furnished to a high standard. All twelve rooms, which are named after the Fabiani family's grandchildren, are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, free wifi, linen and parking.
